Available to a province (or equivalent) of a Catholic religious institute that includes priests. The religious community is represented by a director of ongoing formation, the chair of a committee for ongoing formation, or another individual with equivalent responsibilities. In the event that more than one individual shares this responsibility, up to three individuals can be listed as member representatives in the NOCERCC database. Annual membership dues are set by the Board of Directors based on the total number of priests listed in the Official Catholic Directory. Regardless of its number of representatives, a Religious Community Member has one vote at the annual Business Meeting and in presidential elections. |
Partner Organization(Formerly called “Associate Member”) |
Partner Organization membership available to schools of theology and other initial and ongoing formation programs, retreat and treatment centers, consulting and counseling services, publishers, religious goods suppliers, dioceses outside the jurisdiction of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, and other organizations serving the ongoing clergy formation community. The Partner Organization designates one representative to be listed in the NOCERCC database. Annual membership dues areset by the Board of Directors. Partner Organizations have a voice but do not vote at the annual Business Meeting and do not vote in presidential elections. |
Individual Member(Formerly called “Affiliate Member”) |
Available to interested priests or others not officially part of the ongoing presbyteral formation ministry of a diocese, eparchy, or religious community or who wish to receive NOCERCC mailings directly. Individual membership is not available for dioceses, eparchies, religious communities, or other organizations. Annual membership dues are set by the Board of Directors. Individual Members have a voice but do not vote at the annual Business Meeting and do not vote in presidential elections. |
